Dawn Butterfly is a tribute to heritage—woven through a gallery, café, and restaurant—where food, creativity, and connection come together in motion. First opened by the Bernal family in the early 1990s, the gallery remains a vibrant space for Taos Pueblo artistry and now houses the café, where every drink is crafted with care and intention. Expanding the experience, the restaurant brings tradition and modernity to the table, blending ancestral ingredients with bold expression.
